When handling bearings, hand sweat can cause rust.Be careful to use clean hands,if possible,use gloves , and pay attention to corrosive gases.

In order to keep the good performance of the bearing in a long term, we should be maintained it. Afterwards, we can nip in the bud, ensure the operation reliably, improve production efficiency and economic benefits.

The regular maintenance should be finish in time according to the operating standards of mechanical operation conditions. Include monitor running condition, added or replace the lubricant, regular  inspection.

Check the rotating sound, vibration, temperature and lubricant properties of the bearing, determine when the lubricant needs to be added or replaced.

The vibration measuring instrument is used to quantitatively measure and analyze the amplitude and frequency, then to predict the damage of the bearing.

But, as the use condition and the measurement position of bearings are different, the test result is different. Therefore, each machine measurement value need to be used adequately in order to determine the judgment standard.
